Overview:

SONY EFP fiber system EFP to Fiber Converter A2201 includes a Camera Optic Adaptor and an OpticBase Station. The system transports 1ch 3G/HD-SDI signal from the camera to the base Station, Genlock or BB/TC, Remote control for Sony or Panasonic camera(compatible with the camera control unit RM-B150, RM-B170 or RM-B750, it also can use in Panasonic camera and RCU via Remote ControlCable for Sony to Panasonic), intercom (Camera end can be connected professional 4-pin or 5-pin XLR headset, OB end can be connected intercom main station), tally(One color or two colors can be selected). The system puts all of the signals needed for multi-camera 3G/HD-SDI production on one fiber cable, ensuring robust, trouble-free connectivity on any studio remote production.

Because of its simple function, 4 bases can be combined into one Optic Base Station.
